Any prints or artwork that arrives damaged please email me with photos of the damage. This allows me to claim compensation from the delivery companies.
I am happy to replace damaged or missing items if possible. If you would like a refund you can get one of the artwork print etc are returned to me. The postage is at your cost and the refund would be for the product cost only not the postage.
Gift vouchers & flash designs are non refundable. And non exchangeable for other products.
